This is a very popular full-day program offered in 4 different locations: Gettysburg, Antietam (both Civil War), Cambridge (Underground Railroad), and Baltimore (War of 1812). Riding through the park in a coach bus with a lead ranger, we visit key battlefield sites and compare the history and leaders from that spot with leadership tactics that can be used in today’s organizations.
We offer this both as a private option to organizations to fortify their team, and to the public. Public trips are typically offered in the spring (Gettysburg) and fall (Antietam and Baltimore).
