We pair your high potential employees (“HiPEs”) with your top leaders, training members of each group how to handle their roles and guide them through the half-year experience as they tackle organizational goals.

Throughout the program we regularly check in with both the mentors and mentees to make sure they are keeping their commitments and meeting with each other.
